Terms of service
These terms are an agreement between you and Augment Inc. (Plano, Texas), which runs Karen at letkaren.com. By connecting Gmail you agree to them. Questions: hello@letkaren.com.
What Karen does
Karen reads the money emails in your Gmail, shows you money you may be owed or wasting, and helps you get it back: she drafts requests to companies, guides you through their cancellation and refund pages, and tracks the replies. Phone calls on your behalf are coming later and will be offered separately.
Your permission, item by item
- You authorize Karen to read your Gmail as described in the privacy policy.
- Karen sends an email from your Gmail only after you approve that exact email. You can edit it first. Each request goes out once; a follow-up only if you approve one.
- You confirm you hold the accounts involved and that what you approve is true. Don't use Karen for claims you're not entitled to.
Price
Karen is free: finding what you're owed, writing your requests and following up. There's no subscription and no cut of what comes back. Your first claim is free; sharing your Karen Audit unlocks 3 more (once a day), and so does every friend who joins with your invite link. If that ever changes, we'll tell you first, and nothing is ever charged without your OK.
No guarantees, no legal advice
Companies decide their own refunds; airlines and banks may refuse. Karen's estimates are estimates. Karen is not a law firm and doesn't give legal advice; references to rules like EU261 or the US DOT refund rule are general information about your own claims.
Ending things
You can disconnect or delete your data at any time from Your data. We may suspend accounts used for abuse or fraud.
The legal bits
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Augment Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, USA. If we change them materially we'll tell you by email before the change applies.
